    We are staying at the Contemporary Resort. Can we get to Epcot on the monorail? If not, can we transfer to boat taxi at Hollywood Studios?

    Hi Lisa!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   All the panelist would like to thank you for stopping in to ask a fantastic question about staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort.   I will be at this lovely Resort myself in just a few days and I can hardly contain my excitement.  I hope you have a trip filled with unforgettable memories.

    Guests staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort can reach Epcot via Monorail transportation.  In order to get to Epcot you will need to board the Monorail located in the lobby and exit at the Transportation and Ticket Center.  At the Transportation and Ticket Center you will transfer to the Epcot Monorail line.    The route is very easy to maneuver and is such a fun mode of transportation to experience.  I would allow about 45 minutes to reach your destination.  It may not take this long, but I always like to add wiggle room in case the unexpected happens.
