Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is only a few days away! It sounds like you're getting all of your Donald Ducks in a row, including making advance dining reservations. I'd be happy to help you make the most out of your magical vacation!

Katie, I'm so sorry to hear that you're having difficulty finding availability at Chef Mickey's located in Disney's Contemporary Resort. Since advance dining reservations can be made 60 days prior to arrival, many dining locations (especially character meals) can often be booked up in advance. But Hakuna Matata! No worries! I have a few ideas that may be just right for you:

Keep checking back! As Guests' plans can sometimes shift and change, it's not unusual for reservations to pop up closer to your desired date – even the day before or the morning of. I'd make sure that you check back periodically, remaining flexible on days and times when possible!
Consider other character dining experiences. With so many character dining experiences to choose from, you won't miss a minute of the magic! Some of my favorites include Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT, Garden Grill Restaurant in EPCOT, and Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Make the most of mobile ordering meals. When you're looking for something quick to enjoy at your resort or in the parks, placing a mobile order through the My Disney Experience app is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

Be sure that you've also made your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. And if you have any other questions, please visit us again!
