Staying at Contemporary. Planning on shipping some things down ahead of our arrival. Would you suggest U.S. postal priority mail or a traditional courier such as UPS or Fed EX? Is 2-3 days too long for hotel to hold package? Any other hints? Thank you :)

    Hi Dawn!

A good friend of mine always mails packages of food and other essentials prior to her trip so she can save room in her luggage. I think that any service you use is fine. Just make sure that your name is clearly indicated on the package. Also call the resort ahead of time and let them know you are expecting a package and ask them to hold it for you. 2-3 days is fine.

As far as other tips, to save room in your suitcase, use those space saver vacuum bags for your clothes. They can save a ton of room! Prior to checking out, call housekeeping and ask them to send up a vacuum to your room. They will let you borrow it to seal your bags.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else!

    Magically,
    Stacy
