Contemporary Resort Pool; mother, father, boy, girl

    We are staying at the Contemporary. We planned to store luggage while attending a park our last day. I read that unlike other Deluxe Resorts, the Contemporary outsources its bell services and can take up to an hour to retrieve luggage. Is this accurate?

    You've picked one of my favorite Resorts in all the 'World! The Contemporary Resort ticks all of the boxes - perfect location (you can WALK to Magic Kingdom), monorail, delicious food (Steakhouse 71 for brunch is my favorite!), and fantastic theming.

    Bell Services at the Resort is staffed by fabulous Cast Members who exemplify the legendary Disney Guest Service. We used the Contemporary's Bell Services to store luggage when our room wasn't ready on arrival. When we returned and requested our luggage, the Cast Member was at our room door before our shoes were off! I would plan 20-30 minutes to retrieve your luggage when you return from the parks to give yourself a cushion.

    Jill, did you know that now all you have to say is "Hey, Disney" in your room, and you can have your luggage picked up and delivered to the lobby? The new in-room assistant is another magical way to be our Guest!
