    We are staying club level at the Yacht Club in a few weeks. When I've stayed there in the past, someone has called me to offer assistance in planning. I have not received any type of call this time. Can I proactively reach out and ask for help?

    Hi Cara Mia!

    I absolutely adore Disney's Yacht Club Resort! I love staying in Disney's Boardwalk area because I can walk over to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios. The food is also wonderful; Yachtsman Steakhouse is one of my favorites. 

    If you stay in a Club-Level room, you will have access to concierge services both pre-arrival and when you are staying there. If you are staying in a Club-Level room, prior to your arrival, a Cast Member from the concierge desk at Disney's Yacht Club will contact you to help make advanced dining, theme park, and entertainment reservations. If you are staying at the Club Level and you haven't heard from a Cast Member yet, please call 407-WDW-DISNEY and ask to speak with the concierge desk at the Regatta Club. They will help get you squared away!

    Speaking of the Regatta Club, which is the concierge lounge at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, you can enjoy their four daily services: Coffee, Continental Breakfast, Light Snacks, Hors d'oeuvres, and desserts. I really love their continental breakfast and enjoy starting my day with a good meal prior to hitting the parks!
