Staying Club Level (Wilderness Lodge) w/twin boys age 3. Is it worth it to get the deluxe meal plan as well. My boys don't sit for a 3 course meal so I am thinking pay as you go since we get the continental breakfast

Ah yes, three year old twins. I remember the days :-)

One of the big perks of staying in a concierge or club level room is access to the Club Level lounge with all of its free-flowing food. As you seem to be aware, every morning the lounge is stocked with light breakfast food including pastries, cereal and fruit. You could easily make this your daily breakfast destination and since it is included in the price of your room, you might as well take advantage of it.

The Deluxe Dining Plan, gives you meal credits for three table service meals per day -- that's a lot of food and a lot of sitting down in restaurants. Not all the table service restaurants have to be "3 course meal" affairs, you can also dine at super kid-friendly character meal buffets with you dining credits, but it's still three real sit-down meals. Since you essentially have a free breakfast, why would you want to pay double for the same meal, which is essentially what you'd be doing if you purchased the Deluxe version of the dining plan?

While I think the Deluxe plan would be overkill for you, you still might think about the basic dining plan as an option. The basic plan gives you credits for one snack, one counter service meal, and one table service meal per day. Depending on what you order at the table service meals, you could still reap a decent cost savings by doing this. On the other hand, if you're going to be heading back to your room for rest time each afternoon and using the snacks in the Club Lounge, then you might be better off paying for each restaurant meal separately.
