    Staying club level at the Poly in early Nov. Was told I would be contacted re: itinerary planning. It's getting close to arrival date, have not been contacted yet. Want to book the Wildlife Discovery Excursion. Any advice?

    Aloha Susan! Staying club-level at the Polynesian Resort is going to be magical! Generally, when you stay club-level, the resort's Itinerary Planning Office contacts you in advance to offer assistance with trip planning and dining reservations. I often stay club-level, but have found that I'm not always contacted in advance, especially when I book my reservations fairly close to my trip date. Since your trip is just a few weeks away, you definitely should have heard from the Polynesian Itinerary Planners by now. I recommend that you contact them right away by telephone at 407-824-2466 or by email at 
    Polynesian.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com. Since their services are available only to guests with club-level reservations, be sure you provide your reservation number as well as the name on the reservation.
