    Hi Moms! We are staying at club level- AKL in June '13. I am always prepared to tip servers, mousekeeping,bell hop ect. What is the protocol for the conceriage cast members - do we tip them? Thank you!

    Hi, Anne!  A gratuity for members of the concierge staff is usually done only for something extraordinary.  If they go above and beyond or provide you a service you really appreciate, a gratuity it certainly always appreciated.  You are not expected to tip them for just answering a question or replenishing the offerings in the lounge.
