Diana, I think it is worth the effort to do so. All you need to do is mention it on your initial reservation, your online check-in, and if important to you, to call the resort about 10 days out from your arrival day. If it was me, these are the first 6 buildings I would ask for, though many others would do fine.
You are probably OK just taking your chances, but if you want to mention these on your online check in (which you should do, just to speed up your arrival day process), it might help make your stay just that little bit better. Have a magical vacation!
