Ahoy, Jennifer!
Your
land and sea Disney adventure sounds just "Dream"y! You'll love getting to experience the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort before casting off on an enchanted voyage on the
Disney Dream! You'll definitely be fully immersed in pixie dust on this vacation!
I'm glad you asked this question because Disney Gift Cards are accepted onboard all the Disney ships. I use them every time my family cruises because they help me budget for our onboard expenses like pictures, souvenirs, adult dining and specialty beverages. I like to pick them up at my local grocery store each week and then combine them on the
Disney Gift Card website before we set sail. If you have money left on yours, there are two ways to use a Disney Gift Card onboard-in the gift shops and/or at
Guest Services. Since the ship is cashless, Disney Gift Cards can be applied to your onboard account by stopping by Guest Services and having them add the amount to your stateroom folio. I always recommend keeping the card just in case you do not spend the entire amount because Guest Services can put the money back on the card. Guest Services is open 24-hours a day, and you can stop by to ask for a print out of your charges itemized by family member or look on your stateroom TV under "Guest Services" then click "View Folio."
Jennifer, best wishes for the most magical Disney vacation! Thank you for sending in your question, and please let us know if we can assist you further with your plans!
