    Hi, we will be staying at CBR in a couple of weeks and going off site The taxi website says they pick us up at the custom house. When do the buses for the Custom House start running? Will we be able to get to Custom House by 8 a.m.? Thx!

    Hi Melissa,

    Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will make you feel like you and your family have taken a tropical vacation in the middle of Walt Disney World. Upon arrival at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, The Custom House is the building Guests check-in and is located at the front of the resort. Taxis are readily available here and Bell Services will happily make sure a taxi is ready to whisk you off to your destination. On the day you need a taxi, just board the resort's internal shuttle service to the Custom House and visit Bell Services for taxi assistance.
