Hi Elyse!
Thank you for bringing your question to
planDisney!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a wonderful resort! The rooms that include a 5th sleeper include two queen beds and one child-sized pull-down bed. The room sleeps a total of four adults, so this room will work as long as two people in your party don't mind sharing a bed. For example, you can sleep in one queen bed, your two teens could share the other queen bed, and your 8-year-old can sleep on the child-sized pull-down bed. The pull-down bed is on the smaller side, so it's not super comfortable for adults or tall teens.
Another great option for your family is the family suites at
Disney's Art of Animation and All-Star Music Resorts. The family suites come with a separate master bedroom with one queen bed, a living space with one double-sized bed, and one double-sized sleeper sofa. This room can sleep up to six adults and offers a little more space. There are also two bathrooms, which is great for families.
I love Disney's Art of Animation Resort because you can use the
Disney Skyliner Transportation to get to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios!
Since you are visiting in September, you can buy tickets to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary-Halloween Party! This fun event takes place on select nights from August 12 to October 31. This is my favorite fall event! You can also enjoy
fall at Disney Springs. There will be special fall treats and awesome merchandise!
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
