Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We are staying at the Carribean Beach Resort with a group of 10, including my 80 year old grandmother. My question is about room location. Is there a certain area or rooms that we should request so that we can be close to the eating area AND a bus stop?

    Hi Paulette!

    The areas closest to the main building and bus stops are Martinique and Trinidad. Another suggestion would be to ask for either a room on the 1st floor or for a room close to the elevator, so that your grandmother doesn't have to walk up & down the stairs very often.

    Room requests can be added to your reservation at any time, so go ahead and call now to add this to your reservation. Mention to them that you will have your grandmother, so this can be noted as well. While room requests are not guaranteed, it doesn't hurt to put your request in now and to mention it at check-in time.
