We will be staying @ the Carribean Beach Resort arriving March 14 departing March 19. We have booked dinner @ Chef Mickey's on our first night (Sunday) and dinner at 1900 Park Fare on Wed. We have a 5day hopper, wondering how to plan our days at the parks

    Alissa,

You will love Caribbean Beach, especially the recently redesigned main theme pool. Really fun!

I did not know if you were using a park pass on your arrival or departure day, so will assume the former. Write me back if you are planning it the other way around.

    • March 14 - Magic Kingdom (all day), with a GREAT Dinner at Chef Mickey's!
    • March 15 - Animal Kingdom (AM) / Hollywood Studios (PM)
    • March 16 - Epcot (all day)
    • March 17 - Magic Kingdom (all day)
    • March 18 - Hollywood Studios (AM) / Park of Choice (PM)
    • March 19 - Departure Day

I have that last half day open to your park of choice. You just never know where you will want to have a little more park time. It might be better to move that to the evening of the 17th, so you can plan a bit more of a final evening on the 18th, with a dinner somewhere and more park time at the Magic Kingdom, but I will leave that up to you!

Please feel free to send me any follow-up questions, especially for dining suggestions!

    Have a magical vacation!
