We are staying at the Carribean Beach Club. What is the best way to use transportation to get to each park and Disney Springs

    Hello Rick!

Welcome to planDisney! Two resorts have similar names to what you mentioned in your question. There is Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort. I am thinking you are asking about Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, so I am going to answer your question from that perspective. If I am incorrect on that, and you are staying at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, go ahead and send me a follow-up question and I’ll get you a new answer!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has a few options when it comes to transportation, and I love a man with a plan, so I’m glad you are thinking about this before your arrival. From the resort to Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney Springs, you’ll want to use Disney’s bus transportation. I recommend arriving at the bus stop approximately one hour before you want to arrive at the parks. I think many Guests tend to underestimate the travel time needed. I build in 5 minutes for my kids to be running late, 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop, up to 20 minutes to wait for a bus to arrive, 20 minutes to get to our destination, and 10 minutes to get off the bus, through security and to the gates. If you have a dining reservation inside a park, leave yourself an extra 10 to 20 minutes to get through the entrance, and walk to your destination.

One of the best features of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is that you’ll have easy access to the Disney Skyliner! The Skyliner hub is located at your resort, and you can hop on a gondola for a soaring ride in the sky above the Walt Disney World Resort! You can use this transportation to both Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. If you feel like a trip to Disney’s Pop Century Resort or Disney’s Art of Animation Resort to grab a meal or treat at their food court for example, you can also hop the Skyliner in that direction. Lines can form for the Disney Skyliner, especially in the morning at park opening and park close. I highly recommend you leave yourself extra time for this transportation method as well. I would also leave myself a full hour so you again have time to run late, walk to the Skyliner, wait in line, ride the Skyliner, arrive, and get through security before entering the park.

I hope this information is helpful, Rick. And if you have additional questions, I am happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day!
