    Staying at the Carrib. Beach and thinking of taking a taxi over to NOFQ for beignets one morning then on to Epcot (via bus) for early opening at 8am (probably closer to 8:30ish). I heard you can get the beignets as early as 6am. Will it work?

    Sounds like you're cooking up a delicious plan (ok, bad pun intended - sorry!)!!

    Our family LOVES the beignets at Port Orleans French Quarter and it sounds like yours does too! I think your plan sounds great! you should have plenty of time enjoy a few of these treats and then head over to Epcot for opening!
