Hello, Brittany, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with this great question, and as someone who eats a plant-based diet, I'd love to help you! I'd never STEER you wrong, so let's MILK this topic for all its worth. I recently stayed at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and when I was in the MOOd for something to eat, there were several dairy-free options.
This resort has a counter service restaurant,
Centertown Market, where you can order hot food and pick it up at a window. I enjoyed taking my meal to the outdoor seating area for the beautiful views. There is also the
Centertown Market Grab & Go, where you choose items like sandwiches and pastries from cases and pay at the counter. I'm happy to say that both dining locations offer your son alternative milk options. TIP: To bypass the line, place a
Mobile Order on your My Disney Experience Mobile App!
You can scroll down the
Centertown Market menu to the Milk Alternatives heading to see current options. When I visited, they offered almond milk, vanilla soy milk, and chocolate soy milk. You can also see sections on the menu for plant-based items like Mickey-shaped Waffles for breakfast and an Impossible Burger for lunch and dinner. Of course, all plant-based options should be dairy-free, as well. TIP: The plant-based cupcake was a delicious sweet treat!
My favorite amenity at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is the availability of the
Disney Skyliner.
EPCOT is my favorite theme park, so hopping on a gondola to start my day was magical. The Skyliner drops guests at the International Gateway near the France Pavilion in the World Showcase. At park opening, I jumped on
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure with a very short wait!
Brittany, I'm sure you're in COWntdown mode for your
Walt Disney World Resort visit. You'll probably have such a good time you'll want to MOOve there! I've had such fun answering your question, and I hope my puns haven't SPOILED planDisney for you! Please feel free to
stop by anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
