we are staying at Caribbean beach resort ...I am thinking of going to Boma for dinner with my family we have 2 boys 4 and 5 how would we travel from our hotel to animal kingdom resort and also eating dinner at 7:20 is there any activities my kids can see

    Hi Michael,

The Caribbean Beach Resort is where my husband and I honeymooned over 20 years ago! It was the first of many vacations to one of our favorite vacation spots!

Generally when my family is dining at another resort, we go to the resort from a theme park which is nearby. For Boma, we would tour Animal Kingdom and then head to Boma right from the park. This makes one part of the trip easy. Then to return home, we take a bus to Downtown Disney and transfer to a bus back to our resort. We might also grab a bus to another theme park if it is still open.

If you are leaving from your resort, you need to find a transfer point which is either a theme park or Downtown Disney. In your case, you can take any theme park bus except Magic Kingdom (too far) or Downtown Disney bus to transfer.

Boma is one of my family's favorite restaurants. You can tour the property afterwards and look at the animals using night vision goggles. There are also movies and other activities. I encourage you to stop by the front desk at the Animal Kingdom Lodge to see what is in store for guests.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
