Hi I am staying Caribbean Beach resort in a pirate water room But I am worried when I read some reviews that they are not worth the price. I have already booked and wondering if there is any special request that could be made to be near the main pool?

It is indeed possible to request a room near the main pool. These are referred to as preferred rooms, and they are priced differently than the pirate rooms. Pirate rooms are not located near the main pool area; therefore, you would need to choose which of the two is more important to you - theme or location.

That said, I can tell you that Caribbean Bach is my family's favorite moderate resort. It's true that it is quite large, but even when staying at one of the rooms farthest from the main pool, we've been happy to be there. You can always take a bus to the front if you'd rather not walk, but we find it to be a peaceful and relaxing stroll around the water, and do not mind the extra steps. The pirate rooms are really fun, too!

I understand how reviews can be helpful, but if you don't personally know the reviewer, it's hard to know if your opinion would line up with theirs. Yes, it's true that this is a large and sprawling resort, but while some consider that a negative, I think it simply adds to the charm. There is a lot to love at Caribbean Beach, and I hope your family will enjoy it as much as mine does!
