Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We'll be staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort and are interested in character dining at Chef Mickey's. Is there transportation available between the Caribbean and the Contemporary?

    There is no direct transportation between those two resorts, but there are two ways to get from the Caribbean Beach Resort to the Contemporary. The official way is to take a bus to Downtown Disney, then transfer to a bus to take you to the Contemporary. 

    However, a much faster way of getting there it to take a bus to the Magic Kingdom. When you get there, you can just walk over to the Contemporary. You could also take the Monorail from the Magic Kingdom bus stop, but the walk would actually be faster. The only reason to take the monorail is if you are early, and want to have the fun of taking the monorail into the resort, which is always a great thrill for the kids.
