    We are staying at Caribbean beach resort 6/23-30 and are so excited!! We have purchased the DDP, we have all of our sit down meals reserved and I was hoping you would be able to suggest your favorite quick service dining spots at the four parks, thanks!

    I'm excited for you too Mandy! The Caribbean Beach Resort is fantastic, with its newly redesigned rooms and incredible pool area. I'm happy to hear you have your dining reservations booked! Here are few of our favourite quick service spots.

    Epcot - There are so many great spots to choose from, but here are a few of our favourites:
    - Cantina de San Angel (Mexico). My daughter and I often share a combo plate and a Churro (or two).
    - Norway bakery - You really should try the super yummy school bread. It's a great way to use a snack credit.
    - Boulangerie Patisserie (France). - I have yet to try anything less than delicious here.
    - Yorkshire County Fish Shop (United Kingdom). We love sitting outside enjoying the fish and chips.

    Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree Barbeque
    - The Picnic in the Park - This one is on our list for our August vacation. My fellow Disney Mom Anna tried it with her family  and raved about it! With a minimum of three people, you choose between two baskets containing sandwiches or a warm lunch of rotisserie chicken or ham. Meals come complete with choice of beverages, sides and desserts, and are packaged in a lovely reuseable Mickey bag. You can enjoy your picnic at various locations throughout the Animal Kingdom.

    Disney's Hollywood Studios - We love the fish and chips and chocolate mouse at the ABC Commissary.

    Magic Kingdom - Cosmic Ray's Cafe - we love the varied selection and the fixings bar.
    - Columbia Harbour House - The clam chowder and fish are great.
