Staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort, and my daughter has a medication that needs to be refrigerated between 36 and 42 degrees. Is there anywhere we can freeze ice packs to help us maintain temperature? We have special packs, can't use reg ice

    Hey there, Kelly!

I'm so thrilled to welcome you to planDisney! Oh my goodness, your magical Walt Disney World vacation is almost here! I'm actually headed there this week, so I know how excited you must be! Before you know it, you'll be walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A., soaking in all that Disney magic. It's the best feeling knowing your vacation is just around the corner and all those plans are about to come to life. As my dear friend Princess Tiana would say, "Ain't nothing gonna stop you now...you're almost there!" You've been dreaming, planning, and counting down the days, and now the finish line is in sight. Get ready to make some incredible memories, and let the magic begin!

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is such a great pick! I just love the relaxed, tropical vibe...it really makes you feel like you've escaped to an island paradise. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of being right on the Disney Skyliner route! It's such a fun (and scenic!) way to get to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and you can even hop over to Riviera Resort for a meal or a little exploring.

If your daughter's medication needs to be kept cool, you'll be happy to know Disney has you covered! Simply stop by Bell Services at your resort, and the Cast Members there can store your labeled ice packs in their freezer and help you switch them out whenever you need fresh ones during your stay.

And if you need to bring her medication to the parks, you're all set there, too! Each park has a First Aid Center, where the nurses can store it safely and keep it at the right temperature while you enjoy your day.

Kelly, I hope this helps as you put the finishing touches on your vacation plans! If any other questions pop up while you're getting ready, you're always welcome to stop by planDisney!

    See ya real soon!
