Hi Delilah!
The
Disney buses typically begin running 45-minutes prior to the park opening. If Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00 a.m. on the day that you are dining at
Crystal Palace, I would recommend that you take your car to the park that day. I typically like to leave the resort one hour prior to my dining reservation to allow time to drive, park, take transportation to the front of the park and walk to the restaurant. Therefore, I would recommend that you leave Caribbean Beach by 7:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time to get to your dining reservation at Crystal Palace.
To get there, follow the signs to arrive to Magic Kingdom. The good news is that since you are staying on site you will get to park for free. You will park, then take the monorail or boat to the gates at Magic Kingdom. If you have a bag or stroller you will need to go through bag check. When you arrive at the gate, inform the Cast Member that you have a reservation at Crystal Palace and they will let you in through the special dining reservation gate.
The great news about your early dining time is that you will be done eating in time to hit up the parks as soon as they open for guests!
Magically,
Stacy
