All aboard! I love your sense of adventure, Amanda! I can think of no better way to arrive at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for your
‘Ohana dinner than by
Disney boat transportation! And, of course, Disney World makes that possible!
Your plan is spot on! From Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, you should travel by bus to Magic Kingdom. Remember, you won’t have to enter Magic Kingdom. Once you arrive at Magic Kingdom, step off the bus and make your way to the boat dock. Here, you will find a boat headed for Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort! Climb aboard and enjoy your voyage across the Seven Seas Lagoon!
The boat ride across the Seven Seas Lagoon will be a great way to begin your journey to a delicious Disney Dining experience at ‘Ohana! This is one of my family’s favorite dining experiences in all of Disney World! With three growing boys, that all-you-care-to-enjoy service keeps the food coming to our table! We can’t get enough of the wings at dinner!
Amanda, I want your experience to be magical, so please leave plenty of travel time to get from Caribbean Beach to the Polynesian. Keep in mind things such as waiting for the bus to arrive at Caribbean Beach, bus travel time to Magic Kingdom, and then waiting in line to board the boat to Polynesian. Also, the boat dock at the Polynesian will be closed for routine maintenance from May 11 through June 5, 2026. If this impacts your travel plans, once you arrive at Magic Kingdom, your alternative could be boarding the
Monorail. The Polynesian will be your third stop after departing Magic Kingdom.
Dreams do come true!
