We are staying at Caribbean Beach in February. Is it unreasonable to think that we can take the Skyliner to Epcot and then walk to the front of the park and take the monorail to Magic Kingdom? Anyone have experience with this? Is it easier to take a bus?

    Hi there, Matt!

It sounds like you have a fantastic February vacation planned to see Mickey! And I love to hEAR you'll be taking advantage of the newest mode of transportation, the Disney Skyliner, on your visit. I've had three opportunities to fly on these magical gondolas recently, and it's been fast and convenient. And you can't beat the spectacular views, especially at dusk!

Matt, I like that you are thinking ahead about the easiest way to travel to Magic Kingdom from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. In my opinion, I think the Disney Bus Transportation would be the best route to take to Magic Kingdom. The other route includes riding the Disney Skyliner to Epcot, walking through Epcot, waiting and riding the monorail, and then transferring and riding the Magic Kingdom monorail from Disney's Transportation & Ticket Center. The bus will drop you off just a few steps away from the entrance, so you'll be tapping your MagicBand before you know it. Also, if you were to go through Epcot, you would need a theme park ticket with park hopper option

I know you are looking forward to your first Walt Disney World Resort stay in a new decade, Matt. I hope you have plans to experience Epcot International Festival of the Arts. And I'm sure you are counting the days until you arrive on Planet Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge! I've had an opportunity to enjoy this epic land, but have yet to battle the First Order on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. I can't wait to ride this out-of-this-world attraction on my next visit!

Thank you for sending in your question, Matt. We hope you'll let us know if you think of anything else before your 2020 vacation with Mickey!
