We're staying at caribbean beach and have dinner reservations at house of blues at 8:30pm in downtown disney what is the best way there? we will be exhausted after a 5:45am flight from Pa. help

    Hi Marlene,

You will love the Caribbean Beach Resort. The rooms were all recently redone and I love the Nemo and Pirate theming. The main pool has also been recently remodeled and includes a fun slide as well as a great zero entry area complete with a pirate ship.

You will be able to grab a Disney bus from Caribbean Beach directly to the Downtown Disney area. There are two stops once you arrive at Downtown Disney, the Marketplace and Pleasure Island. You want to get off at the Pleasure Island stop and walk over to the House of Blues. You other choice would be a cab from the resort to the Downtown Disney area, however the Disney bus is reliable, comfortable and best of all FREE.

We often take the earliest flight out too but we seem to forget how tired we are once we cross under the Welcome to Disney World gate. If you are still tired that afternoon, consider taking a quick nap once your room is available.

Hope you have a great time!
