    we are staying at the boardwalk resort in june 2019. Can we request a king size bed? Or bed rails for the second queen size bed?

    My family and I just returned from a stay at Disney’s BoardWalk Villas, and you are in for a treat! My favorite thing about the Resort is its location. It's a five-minute walk to Epcot’s International Gateway (you even get a sneak peek of the brand new Disney Skyliner!). Ten minutes in the other direction and we were zooming around with Lightning McQueen at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!!

    It sounds like you may be traveling with littles, and you will be happy to hEAR that bed rails are available at all Disney Resort Hotels upon request. Simply request them upon check-in at Disney's BoardWalk Villas. I have used a combination of the complimentary cribs and bed rails for years at the Resorts, and Cast Members are always happy to help! Speaking of beds, if you are staying in a 1 Bedroom Villa or larger, King Beds come standard.

    Even though you are in the middle of Theme Park Magic staying at an Epcot Resort Hotel, make sure to spend some time exploring your Resort and the fantastic BoardWalk! My kids begged us every day to take a Surrey Bike out for a spin, and our favorite stop in the morning was the delicious BoardWalk Bakery - their chocolate croissants are fantastic!
