We are staying at Boardwalk June 14-20. Is there anything like there is at Wilderness Lodge?

    Hi Jessica,

I am not sure which features of Wilderness Lodge you are looking for, but I can tell you that the Boardwalk Resort is a fanatastic property! The resort has a pool which features a fun wooden clown slide and pool bar and hot tub, there is a general store and restaraunts and since both properties are Vacation Club locations, you will find a variety of rooms and villas that will fit your family's needs.

The atmosphere and design of the two locations is quite different. Wilderness Lodge has a secluded feeling to it due to its wooded surroundings and it has a massive, breathtaking lobby. The Boardwalk is a busy upbeat property designed around a hotle you might find at the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Personally I think there are some great advantages to the Boardwalk resort. The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance or a short boat ride to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The wooden boardwalk behind the resort features numerous restaraunts, clubs, shopping and speciality shops. It is also within walking distance of four other resorts with dining and shopping opportunities. You can rent bikes to ride around the lake or sit in a wicker chair and enjoy the boats and in the evenings you can find free family entertainment featuring jugglers, magicians and comedians.

I think you will find this property offers many of the same amenities of the Wilderness Lodge, if not more. I hope you enjoy your stay there as much as we do. Have a magical trip!
