I am staying in the Boardwalk Inn and was wondering if there is anyway to find out what type of blow dryer is in the room?

    Hi Melissa,

It is so great to see you again on the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your arrival to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn is quickly approaching, with less than two weeks until your vacation begins. You can nearly smell those sweet, sugar-dusted funnel cakes awaiting you on the promenade. If you are like me, you are making that final packing list, deciding what you absolutely cannot live without as well as what items you could leave behind to make room in your luggage for bringing home those Walt Disney World goodies. The hair dryers that you can find in Disney’s BoardWalk Inn are standard Sunbeam hairdryers. You can typically find these in a black nylon drawstring bag, either in a drawer or on a shelf in the bathroom, or in the closet area. I have always found the resort hairdryers to work well and do a sufficient job in drying my hair, so I feel confident when I set my own hairdryer to the side and save the space in my suitcase for stashing snacks to bring home from the parks.

You can typically find amenities in the resort rooms that help you enjoy your vacation and minimize your packing, such as toiletries, ironing boards and irons, coffee maker, complimentary WIFI service, and an in-room safe. You can even rent a Surrey bike, make use of the complimentary tennis equipment from Community Hall, or if you would like to start your morning with Yoga on the Lawn, the towel and mat will be provided. So save that space in your suitcase and prepare to be in The Happiest Place on Earth, enjoying the magic!
