Hiya Miriah,
Welcome to planDisney. I am so glad you stopped by. It is not much longer now until you are on the way to
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Not only will you be able to experience all the Walt Disney World classics, but there are so many new and exciting things to see and do. One of our favorite new additions is
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This fast paced family thrill attraction will have you packing your bags to join Rocket and Groot on even more adventures.
What a great Walt Disney World Resort selection.
Disney's BoardWalk Inn has always been one of our favorite WDW resorts. Nestled back on Crescent Lake, this lively resort has all the charm of Atlantic City and the magic of Disney. You can walk to both EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios or if you prefer to save your steps for the theme parks, boats will take you to both theme parks as well. In the evenings, the boardwalk is a perfect place to enjoy a final snack of the day.
There has not been an official announcement regarding the return of room service dining, so I am not sure if it will be available during your upcoming visit. However, as my buddies Pumba and Timon would say, Hakuna Matata - no worries. There are plenty of delicious
dining options at Disney's BoardWalk Inn which includes both table service locations (highly recommend
Flying Fish) and quick-service offerings. I think my boys visit the
Pizza Window every night we stay there. Additionally, the resort shares Crescent Lake with a number of other WDW resorts including Disney's Beach Club Resort. Here you can find Disney's
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop. This is a table service location that takes
advanced dining reservations but also offers a walk up window for select menu options. We have not found one items on the menu that we did not love!
I am confident you will be able to find something to please everyone's taste buds even without room service. I hope you will
stop back and see me if you have any additional planning questions.
With pixie dust,
Margaret
