We are staying in 2 bedroom villa at Grand Floridian. What size coffee filter does the coffee maker use? Does housekeeping restock the filters each day?

    Welcome Home Patrick!

You are in for a treat during your stay at The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! I stayed at the Resort in November with friends, and texted my husband while I was there saying that the florals and decorations were #decoratinggoals! One of the best things about the Resort is it's a quick monorail stop to Magic Kingdom Park. This proximity also allows you to experience the spectacular Happily Ever After fireworks from multiple parts of the Resort!

We stayed at Disney's BoardWalk Villas last month for my husband's birthday. While we were there, we made full use of the kitchen in our Villa for daily snacks and even cooked one of our dinners there. It's because the kitchens feel like a home-away-from-home! They are fully stocked with a dishwasher, plates, cups, and a full set of utensils, pots, and pans! It is a one-stop shop where you can immerse yourself in your home-away-from-home.

The kitchen has a 12 cup drip-style coffee maker that comes with a complimentary bag of Joffrey's Coffee (including standard filter), along with creamer and sugar. Mousekeeping will happily replenish any of the expendables in the kitchen, including paper towels, coffee, filters, etc. You can reach them by pressing the Housekeeping/Engineering button on your in-room phone.

Depending on the time of your visit, you might be able to experience the new 'Beauty and the Beast' inspired bar and lounge that is opening at the Resort this fall. I can't wait to sit with a drink in the formal library and channel Belle and my shared love of books!

Patrick, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back. I wish you a magical vacation!
