    We will be staying at the Beach Club Villas in Feb 2011 and wanted to know if it possible to send down a box of our tennis gear and stuff ahead of time? And if so, we want to make sure there will be a way to then send it back home when we leave. Thank you!

    This is no problem at all. All of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels will accept packages for guests.

    The mailing address for the Beach Club is 1800 Epcot Resorts Boulevard Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. It is very helpful to the resort staff if you label the package with your name and the word GUEST. You should also note your arrival date on the outside of the package.

    The hotel can also assist you with mailing a package home to yourself. You're in particularly good shape because of the proximity of the Yacht Club Convention Center to your hotel (an easy walk). The convention hotels all have full service mail centers with the ability to send boxes via UPS, FedEx or other services. You can purchase boxes, packing materials, and even tape there if you need to. I stayed at the Beach Club last summer and my husband used the Yacht Club package office to mail some golf equipment home to himself. Be sure to check with the front desk of the hotel for office hours of the mailing service. Generally these are something like 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., but there may be variability to this.

    I will also be staying at the Beach Club Villas next month. Be sure to stop and say "Hi" if you see me in the halls.
