We are staying at the Beach Club Villas in a 1 Bedroom villa & have a few questions. 1. Does the fridge have an ice maker? 2. Can you see the Epcot fireworks from that building? 3. Where can we find the best info on amenities in the room (safe, etc)?

    Hi Jennifer!

Thanks for surfing by planDisney with your vacation questions! It would be my pleasure to help find some answers for you. A stay in Disney’s Beach Club Villas creates the perfect combination of a beach vacation and the magic of Walt Disney World. You can enjoy some fun in the sun at Stormalong Bay, the water wonderland while being just a short walk away from the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT and the Disney Skyliner transportation.

While you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen in your 1-Bedroom Villa at Disney’s Beach Club Villas, the refrigerator will not have an icemaker. There are trays located in the freezer that you can use to make ice, but you also have the option to get ice from the ice machines located in the resort. You can find a complete list of amenities found in your 1-Bedroom Villa by going to the Disney’s Beach Club Villas page on the Disney Vacation Club website. Select the Room & Points tab, scroll down to 1-Bedroom Villa and select the arrows labeled View Amenities. This selection will provide you with a list of the Common Room Amenities you can expect to find in your Villa.

While not all villas at Disney’s Beach Club Villas will have a view of the fireworks, there are plenty of incredible places to view the EPCOT fireworks around your resort. I highly recommend asking the Front Desk Cast Member if you can have a villa that has a view of the EPCOT fireworks. Please remember that while Cast Members will do their best to honor requests, there are no guarantees.

I hope you have a wonderful visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
