Hey there, Jamie!
There are some amazing restaurants on the monorail route. Whatever your
Walt Disney World dining experience wishes, you may find it on the monorail route.
If it's character dining you're after, check out
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. It's so much fun, with songs and some of your character favorites - plus a pretty plentiful buffet meal.
Speaking of buffet meals, my very favorite breakfast is also at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
The Wave...of American Flavors gives you the option of an amazing buffet meal or an a la carte choice. My family has to visit the buffet breakfast every trip.
For a signature dining experience.
Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa overlooks the lagoon, and features views of the Electrical Water Pageant and the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. You'll find many of your coastal favorites, including butter-poached twin Maine lobster tails. Oh. My. Yum.
For just a little casual dining, I highly recommend
Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The Tonga Toast for breakfast is legendary, but my gang goes for the sticky wings and sushi every trip.
You can hop on and off whenever the monorail stops, do a little shopping, grab a snack or coffee, and hop back on. It's a great way to see the World!
Have fun!
Anna
