    Hello, I will be staying at the Beach Club Resort & have a garden view room. We would like to be as close to the main pool as possible.How can I best ensure this happens? I mentioned this when making the reservation. In the past this did not work.

    Thank you for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about planning for your stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort.

    Unfortunately, the room requests are only requests, so although they ask for your preferences, the room booker cannot guarantee a room that meets your requests. In the past, if I have arrived at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and my assigned room does not meet my needs, I have kindly requested for the concierge to let me know if a room opens up that better fits what we have asked for. Occasionally, a room will open up and you can be moved. That will of course depend on how busy the resort is and where there are open rooms. Most times I have been pleasantly surprised with the rooms that we have received, even if they weren't quite what we were expecting.
