    Staying at the Beach Club resort 9/24-9/30. What activities are on site for children, do they still have movies on the beach at that time of year? When is the activity schedule available?

    Hi Cheryl,

    Love the Beach Club!  It is our absolute favorite Disney World resort. We were just there a few weeks ago and are headed back in three days, my boys can't wait.

    Yes they Beach Club does still offer afternoon activities by the pool, weather permitting of course, as well as the evening campfire and movie on the beach. The pool side activities differ day to day and my guess is the lifeguards that day choose their favorites. We have done everything from family trivia to bingo to treasure hunts and water volleyball. Typically the activities have begun early afternoon and often go on for a few hours. There is no posted time, nor list, of the pool side fun that i have ever seen, but I am sure you could ask one of the guards and they could let you know what the day's schedule is.

    As for the movie, the information can be obtained inside at the Beach Club front desk or it is also posted at the campfire site itself, on the beach. The movies are listed for the entire week as well as start times. The nightly movie is very popular and good seats go quickly so be sure to arrive early.
