    Staying at the Beach Club 1/3-1/10, 2010 with my Mother and 8yo son. Have seen some standard rooms with a "patio". Which rooms are these and how could I reserve one?

    Virtually all of the rooms at the Beach Club have some sort of outdoor space. The rooms on the upper floors have balconies and the rooms on the lower floors have small patios. These are a bit of paved space with a small table and two chairs. If you'd like a ground floor room with a patio, your first step should be to call Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY. They can make a note on your file about your room preference.

    As a follow-up step, you should take the steps Disney Dad Bret explains HERE. This will maximize your chance of getting the room type you want. To get to the back office, you can call the main Disney guest phone line at 407-W-DISNEY and ask to be connected to your resort, or you can call your resort directly. The direct number to Disney's Beach Club resort is 407-934-8000.
