We will be staying at BCV and walking to Epcot to take the monorail to TTC then to MK. If MK is open til 12am and other parks are closed, how can we return to BCV without taking a bus?

    Hi Mary Lynn,

I've stayed at the Beach Club villas many times. It's my family's overall favorite lodging at Walt Disney World.

If you're staying late at the Magic Kingdom, past when Epcot is closed, you really only have two options to get back to the Beach Club: bus or taxi. The buses will run until at least an hour after the Magic Kingdom closes for the night.

The other option would be to either walk or take the monorail to the Contemporary, or take the monorail or ferry to the Transportation and Ticket Center. From either of these spots you could grab a cab to the Beach Club. There are no taxis available directly at the MK gates, only Disney transportation is allowed there. The cab will run you somewhere in the neighborhood of $15-20.

I have to say that I'm wondering why you're anti-bus. I've gone from the Beach Club to the Magic Kingdom MANY times and tried every possible transportation route. In nearly every case, the bus is actually faster overall than walking all the way through Epcot to the monorail. Just something to think about.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
