    We are staying at BCV and are DVC members. If we wish to request a certain room location, should I call DVC or call the resort directly? Thanks, Moms & Dads!

    Hi Karen,

    My family really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club Villas (BCV). The rooms were great and the location is perfect because you can walk to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Plus the pool, Stormalong Bay, is a mini water park in itself including quicksand.

    If you booked your vacation using your points, then call Member Services at Disney Vacation Club (DVC) at 1-800-800-9800 and have them add your room request to your reservation. They will try to honor your request which is all based on availability. However, they will do their best to accommodate you.
