Hi Valerie,
It's so great to see you here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for popping in with your question.
The convenience of the Deluxe Resorts on the Monorail line just cannot be overstated. The simplicity of the highway in the sky that allows both strollers and wheelchairs to buzz right on in is one of the many reasons why
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is my Home Resort.
If after you soak in a beautiful sunrise over pristine Bay Lake you are ready for some
Tonga Toast at
Kona Cafe or a little visit with Lilo and Stitch at
'Ohana, then the Resort Monorail is absolutely the best way to travel to
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. This monorail line normally starts whirring by at 7 a.m. and remains in service until two hours after Magic Kingdom Park closes. Once you board from the platform inside
Disney's Contemporary Resort, you can drink in the view as you cruise around to the Transportation & Ticket Center, then over Disney's Seven Seas Lagoon to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
Have a wonderful vacation, Valerie! Please come back and visit us if we can help with anything further.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Sally
