We will be staying at Bay Lake Tower. I booked my trip with a travel agent and requested 3 Villa's when booked. Can I call Disney direct to have them note my requests? What is the best way to help my chances to get one of the 3 Villa's I requested?

    Hi Jeff!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your vacation is just around the corner, so I am sure you must be getting excited! I know you are very much hoping to get one of the three specific villas you requested. You are already off to a good start, because the most important thing you can do is to have this requested noted on your original booking reservation. If you are concerned, it might be a good idea to have your travel agent double check that that your request has been noted, or you are welcome to call Disney Central Reservations Office directly. Calling in a request to the front desk is not preferred and requests made using either a phone call or fax to the resort are secondary to requests that are noted on the original reservation. For Disney Vacation Club Members booking with their Membership, the only method of request accepted is one that is made with the reservation itself, or chosen from the options offered during online check-in.

It is important to understand that there is never a guarantee that the requests will be met, though Cast Members will do their very best.  More specific requests, such as exact villa numbers are more difficult to grant than more general things such as being close to the elevator or on a higher floor. To increase your chances of getting a requested room, I would pack some patience and flexibility. If one of the villas you have requested is not available when you check-in, being willing to wait for your room to be available later in the day may be helpful. I’m sure that no matter which of the beautiful villas you end up calling “home” for your vacation, you will still have a magical stay at Disney’s Bay Lake Tower.

Sending you pixie dust for your preferred room request!
