Hi, staying at ASMusic and wanting to go to Ft Wilderness for campfire and movie. i heard taking the bus to MK then boat to FtWild is the easiest, but will the buses still run from MK once the movie is over? Would i be better off going through downtown?

    Hi Jolene!

While the hours of the transportation coincide with the park operating hours, most times of the year the answer will be yes. As long as one park is still open (or just closing) when the movie is over, transportation from the parks will still be running.

If you do decide to stay a bit later at Fort Wilderness to check out the area, or if the parks are closing early (check the park hours via the calendar pages on DisneyWorld.com - here's a link to the Magic Kingdom hours), then traveling via Downtown Disney is a great option as well. Hey, you may even be ready for some dessert and shopping when you get there - if you're like me, I can't resist a trip to Ghiradelli!

Have a great trip! And enjoy the campfire!
