    No, I think you have a great set-up. Lots of great meals, and some fun experiences. While you are not hitting many Extra Magic Hours, it is still a great plan, and I see no reason to change.

    For your 12/1 night at Epcot there are a lot of fun things to do. But you can also consider going there, and then escaping to the BoardWalk for an hour or so, then return to the World Showcase. That way you get in one of my favorite low-key nighttime destinations that so many seem to miss out on! Let me know if I can help with more specific suggestions!
