We are staying at the Art of Animation resort in a cars suite. We are planning to get groceries from garden grocer including bagels. Do the kitchenettes have a toaster? If not, is there access to one in the cafeteria? Also, what kind of coffee pot?

    Hi Amanda!

You're going to absolutely love the Cars Family Suite...and the entire Disney's Art of Animation Resort, for that matter!  The additional space, second bathroom and kitchenette that are in the Family Suites are all nice extras to have during your vacation.

You can expect to have a microwave, coffee maker and small fridge in the kitchenette, plus some disposable utensils, plates and glasses.  The coffee maker is a Cuisinart brand that makes 2 mugs of coffee at once and uses a "pod" system.  Your room will come stocked with some of these Joffrey's brand coffee pods (regular and decaffeinated), plus sugar and non-dairy creamer.  The pods are not the K-cup style, but more like flat, round tea bags.  You're welcome to bring your own pods to use in the room (or have some delivered with your grocery order), but the resort is happy to keep you stocked up.  If you run out, just call "mousekeeping" to request more at no charge.  There is no toaster in the room.  However, there are some toasters available outside the Landscape of Flavors food court area if you don't mind a short walk.

I hope that helps with your planning, Amanda, but please feel free to visit us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel again with any other questions.  We love to help!

    Have a Disney day,

    Beth
