Staying at Art / Animation. How long does it take to take the Skyliner to Epcot. And most importantly. How long would the Skyliner ride be from Epcot to Disney Studios. Having lunch at San Angel and Dinner in France. Want to know how much time to give

    Jeffrey,

    Thanks for your question!

You are going to love the Disney Skyliner

If you are staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you take the Skyliner from there to the station at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, which will take you about 6 minutes of ride time. You change over at that station to another Skyliner route headed to EPCOT, which will take you about 13-14 minutes in the air. So not including the time to get on the first Skyliner, or the time to switch to the second, you are in the air for about 19-20 minutes.

As it happens, the time for you to go between EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios is the same time. Basically, the route is similar, in that you go from Hollywood Studios to Caribbean Beach, and then switch over to the EPCOT route. Or in your case, that route in reverse.

The real unknown in all of this is how long you will wait in line to get on the first and the second routes. Of course the busier that Walt Disney World is, the longer the lines. I would recommend that you add at least 20 minutes to your overall travel time to be safe, if you are heading to a dining reservation. If you notice crowds are particularly heavy, err on the side of a bit more time than that. It is unlikely you will need all that, but the extra time helps.

Write me back if you have any follow-up questions.
