    We are staying at Art of Animation in January. Will we be able to take the skyliner to Hollywood Studios on 1/27/24?

    Hi Alana! Thanks for gliding on into planDisney with your great question! Knowing how to get from point A of the magic to point B of the magic, at the Walt Disney World Resort, is an important part of planning your vacation!

    The Disney Skyliner is a favorite of my family! We always refer to it as the “first ride of the day.” It truly feels like you are on a very smooth attraction! The views are spectacular, and the ride is quite relaxing! You’ve also made an excellent choice for a Disney “home” during your vacation! Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is the “Disney-est” of all resorts! You are truly going to be staying in the magic!

    The Disney Skyliner is currently scheduled for routine maintenance from January 16 – 21, 2024. That means it will be out of service for all Guests during those dates. The Disney Skyliner will remain out of service for transportation to and from Disney’s Riviera Resort to the EPCOT International Gateway through January 27, 2024. However, that extended closure (beyond January 21, 2024) should not impact you as a Guest of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort!

    Alana, occasionally, the routine maintenance on the Disney Skyliner concludes earlier than anticipated. If this is the case, the Disney Skyliner would reopen to Guests sooner! Guests impacted by the closure can enjoy complimentary resort bus transportation.
