We will be staying at Art of Animation. I'd like to go to Chef Mickey's for breakfast, and then to Hollywood Studios. I think we may spend too much time on transportation. What would be the best way to make this trip? We do not have park hoppers...

Hi, Valerie!  Transportation can be a time consuming part of your vacation, but there are ways to help minimize your travel time.

The best thing to do is take a taxi.  You can head directly to your dining reservation, and then taxi back to Hollywood Studios.  You could also get there pretty quickly by taking a cab to the Contemporary for Chef Mickey's,then just step right outside the resort and take the bus to Hollywood Studios right from the Contemporary.

Those would be the quickest, most direct routes.  If you don't want to add the expense of a taxi, take the bus from Art of Animation to the Magic Kingdom, and you can actually walk right over to the Contemporary (the path takes less than 10 minutes to walk).  Take the bus right after breakfast to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    Have a great time!
