Hello! We are staying in the Art of Animation on Halloween night this year. Unfortunately, we were not able to get tickets to Boo Bash. Are there any Trick-or-Treating activities at the resort or elsewhere? I don't want to have two disappointed kiddos.

    Hey there, Kathleen!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am so sad that you were not able to get tickets to Boo Bash, but I feel sure that there will be many other spooky activities for you to enjoy to make your trip frightfully fun.

Even if you do not have tickets to Boo Bash, I encourage you to visit the Magic Kingdom on Halloween. You will get to see the park all decked out in its fall finest. I am sure that you will also find so many spooky treats and merchandise to enjoy throughout the park.

Historically there has been a range of Halloween activities at each resort in the Disney Resorts Collection on Halloween. These activities range from trick-or-treating in the lobby, to pumpkin carving, to a spooky Movies Under The Stars event.

We have not yet received word on if these activities are planned for this year, but that does not mean they are not happening! Once you arrive at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, I recommend that you visit the front desk to check out the activities calendar. This will let you know about everything going on during the week.

Another spooky idea for you is to bring things to decorate the window at your resort. A few windows clings and some hanging wall decor can make your room extra festive for your little ones!

Oh, and stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for more Halloween announcements!

I just know you will have a gleefully ghoulish time, Kathleen!
