    We are staying at Art of Animation in a few days. Can we ship a package to our resort to arrive the day we arrive? Do we use the resort address? How do they determine who the package belongs to? We want to buy a stroller and have it shipped there.

    Hi, Keri!

    You're going to love your stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, the newest hotel on property! My family was just there a few weeks ago and we had a fabulous time! We really enjoyed dining at the Landscape of Flavors food court (great variety!), swimming in The Big Blue Pool and participating in some of the fun (and complimentary!) resort activities, including Pin Trading at the Ink & Paint Shop and learning to draw Oswald the Lucky Rabbit with the help of a resident Character Artist. 

    You can indeed ship a stroller to the resort! Your package will be held for you by Bell Services until your arrival. When you check in, just let them know that you have a package waiting and they will happily retrieve it for you! I recommend having the package arrive at least a day or so in advance of your planned check-in date, just to ensure the stroller will be there for you to use on the first day of your vacation. 

    When you ship your new stroller, be sure to include your name, your Disney Resort reservation number and your arrival date on the shipping label affixed to the outside of the package.
