We are staying at Art of Animation in a couple weeks. How much time should we give ourselves to travel by bus to the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom?

Oh my Disney, Amy! Your trip is less than one week away!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort promises to be the ultimate destination for Pixar fans, as it immerses Guests into the world of the animation process. As you enter the Resort's lobby (which is appropriately named Animation Hall) be sure to look around at the drawings on the walls, which start from pencil sketches and become more colorful and detailed as you progress. They also offer animation classes with a new session beginning every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM daily!

The complimentary bus service is one of the perks of being a Walt Disney World Resort hotel guest, and they typically come in 20-minute intervals. Once you're on board, the average travel time on the bus to both Magic Kingdom Park and Animal Kingdom Theme Park is about 20-25 minutes. Here's a handy Moms Panel Tip to help you figure out when the next bus is going to arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel: Use your My Disney Experience Mobile app, and simply tap "See Bus Times" located under your Resort Reservation, and you'll be able to see when the buses are set to arrive at your Resort and their estimated arrival time at each Park. The Disney Parks Blog has a great video tutorial to show you how it works. My husband claimed this to be a "Game Changer" on our last trip!

Have a great time visiting with Mickey and his pals next week, Amy!
